Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations:

    If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order or by contacting us via email at dnanan27@gmail.com.

     Cancellations made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges:

     Due to unique characteristic of our products, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchanges once order has be processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

    If you received a damaged or defective product, please take a photo or video of the item and the packaging at the time of opening the packaging. 

    Send us an email at dnanan27@gmail.com with your image and/or video within 3 days of receiving the product. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement of that item. If that item is not available you may choose something of equal value.
